What to include in your quote

Glass, frames and sills

Ask for each part to be listed. An exterior-glass price does not automatically include frames, sills, internal glass or doors.

First clean or regular visits

Tell us when the windows were last cleaned. A first visit and an ongoing round can involve different work and prices.

Hard-to-reach windows

Photograph windows above extensions, rooflights and upper floors from a safe position. The provider needs to assess access before agreeing a method.

The details that change the price

Number, size and style of windows
External only or internal and external
Frequency and first-clean condition
Access method and any specialist stain removal

Before you agree a method

For upper-floor glass, ask how the provider will reach it safely. A photograph from ground level is enough to begin the discussion; you do not need to climb up to take it.

Questions before booking

Are frames and sills included in window cleaning?

Only if they are included in the written scope. Ask each cleaner to separate external glass, frames, sills, doors and internal work so the three prices cover the same job.

How is the booking payment calculated?

Our booking fee is a percentage of the cleaner’s quote and is added on top. Before you choose, we show the customer total, the booking amount payable upfront and the cleaner’s amount payable after the completed job.

Where do I book and pay?

Choose and arrange your booking in WhatsApp. Your booking payment is processed through a Stripe payment link shared in that conversation. You pay the cleaner’s quoted amount to the cleaner after the job.

What if the job is cancelled?

If the job is cancelled, your booking payment is refunded in full. Request or discuss a cancellation in the same WhatsApp conversation.
