How our fee is calculated
Our booking fee is calculated as a percentage of the cleaner’s quoted amount and added on top. The booking fee is not a part-payment deducted from the cleaner’s quote. Your WhatsApp quote shows the applicable fee, the amount due to book and the cleaner’s amount due after completion.
The payment route
Booking and all communication take place through WhatsApp. Stripe processes the upfront booking payment using a payment link shared in the conversation. The cleaner takes payment for their quoted work once the job is done.
If a job is cancelled
The booking payment is refunded in full if the job is cancelled. Discuss the cancellation and refund in the same WhatsApp conversation.
