The parties and the work

Exterior Cleaning Quotes is a specialist quote website created by Simon and Even. Customer and provider conversations continue with Super, the marketplace. Independent approved cleaning providers submit quotes and carry out the agreed cleaning. Before choosing, identify the selected provider and confirm the surfaces, method, access, expected result, exclusions and appointment in WhatsApp. Opening a website link does not create a booking.

The amount you agree

The customer total is the cleaner’s quoted cleaning amount plus our booking fee, which is calculated as a percentage of that quote and added on top. The applicable fee and full breakdown are shown in WhatsApp before you choose. The booking payment is not deducted from the amount due to the cleaner.

Booking and payment

Choose your quote and arrange the job through WhatsApp. Pay the booking amount through the Stripe link shared in that conversation and wait for the booking arrangements to be confirmed. Pay the cleaner their agreed cleaning amount after the job is completed.

Changes and cancellation

Discuss scope or appointment changes in the same conversation and confirm any revised work and total before the arrangement is varied. If the job is cancelled, the booking payment is refunded in full. No cancellation deduction or fixed refund-processing time is stated by this website.
