A useful window-cleaning price is for a defined set of windows and a stated visit frequency. Compare external glass, frames, sills, doors, interior work and any first-clean extras separately.
Why two similar homes can get different prices
Two homes with the same number of bedrooms can have different amounts of glazing. A house with a conservatory, glazed doors and rooflights may require substantially more work than its bedroom count suggests. Send photographs and the number of storeys rather than asking for a price based only on the size of the house.
First visit
Ask whether built-up dirt or a long gap since the last clean changes the initial price.
Regular visits
Confirm the price per visit and what happens if access is unavailable or you need to change the arrangement.
Specialist marks
Paint, adhesive, cement residue or other marks should be assessed and priced separately where relevant.
A common comparison mistake
The cheapest quote can be for glass only. A higher figure may include frames, sills, doors or both sides of the glazing. Bring the scope into line before comparing the total.
Your quote and booking payment
The cleaner submits their price. We add a percentage booking fee on top and show you the full customer total before you choose. Your booking payment goes through a Stripe link shared in WhatsApp. Pay the cleaner’s agreed amount to them after the job. If the job is cancelled, the booking payment is refunded in full.
