Evidence before approval

Cleaners apply through WhatsApp with their business identity, services, areas covered, business-insurance evidence and customer reviews. The application is reviewed before approved status is confirmed. Sending an application is not automatic acceptance. The insurance evidence should make the business name and policy period clear, and the review evidence should identify the business it describes.

Suitability for your job

Approval to join the network and suitability for a particular property are separate questions. Ask your proposed cleaner to explain relevant experience, the insurance that relates to the task, the access plan and the method they propose. A specialist roof or render enquiry may require assessment before a firm quote.

A quote you can compare

The provider submits their cleaning amount and a clear scope. We add our percentage booking fee and present the full customer total before you choose. Ask for included surfaces, exclusions, protection, waste and any return visit to be stated. Keep the chosen proposal in the WhatsApp conversation.

If something needs clarification

Ask in the same conversation before booking if business details, insurance relevance or the proposed method are unclear. For an existing job, include the booking details and the specific issue so it can be discussed against the agreed scope.
