What to include in your quote

The bins to include

List household waste, recycling and food or garden-waste bins separately. Shared commercial-sized bins need a different scope from an individual wheelie bin.

Inside, outside and lid

Ask which surfaces are covered and how the provider handles dirty water and residue. Any deodorising treatment should be named.

Timing after collection

Share your normal collection day and where the empty bin will be left. Confirm the arrangement for missed collections or a bin that is not empty.

Before you agree a method

Keep the collection schedule and the cleaning booking separate: a council collection change does not automatically change an independently booked cleaning visit. Message us if the bin is not emptied.

Questions before booking

Does my bin need to be empty for cleaning?

Ask the provider to confirm, and plan around collection where possible. Cleaning a bin and disposing of its contents are different services, so do not assume rubbish removal is included.

How is the booking payment calculated?

Our booking fee is a percentage of the cleaner’s quote and is added on top. Before you choose, we show the customer total, the booking amount payable upfront and the cleaner’s amount payable after the completed job.

Where do I book and pay?

Choose and arrange your booking in WhatsApp. Your booking payment is processed through a Stripe payment link shared in that conversation. You pay the cleaner’s quoted amount to the cleaner after the job.

What if the job is cancelled?

If the job is cancelled, your booking payment is refunded in full. Request or discuss a cancellation in the same WhatsApp conversation.
