Understand what approval means here
An applicant shares business details, services, coverage, insurance evidence and reviews through WhatsApp. Approval follows a review of the application; simply contacting the marketplace does not make a cleaner approved. These are the entry requirements supplied for the network. They do not replace a provider’s assessment of your property or establish that every applicant can undertake every type of exterior work.
Ask a job-specific insurance question
Make the actual task clear: roof access, render treatment and ground-level paving work are different descriptions. Ask the provider to explain the relevance of their insurance to the work proposed, with the business identity and policy period clear. Avoid judging suitability from a headline cover amount alone. If information is unclear, ask for clarification before choosing the quote rather than interpreting policy wording yourself.
Read reviews in context
Look for the business identity, service described and enough detail to understand the customer’s experience. Several comments about routine window visits do not by themselves explain how a provider handles a specialist roof or render job. Ask about relevant examples and how questions after completion are dealt with. A review link is useful evidence to examine, rather than a reason to skip the scope and method discussion.
Combine evidence with a clear proposal
A useful quote identifies the surfaces, access, method, expected result and exclusions. Ask what happens if the provider finds a defect or cannot achieve a promised result. Compare all three proposals on the same basis and keep the selected scope in WhatsApp. The strongest choice for your enquiry should be understandable in both the evidence supplied and the actual work proposed.
