There is no dependable price for an unspecified roof clean. First establish whether cleaning is appropriate, then compare covering, area, access, protection and debris removal in the proposed quotes.
Why two similar homes can get different prices
A straightforward roof and a roof with several slopes, extensions and restricted access can require different proposals. A cheap headline rate says little about how the roof will be reached or protected. Explain the problem you want solved, including any drainage blockage, before discussing a method.
Assessment
Ask whether a visit is needed to establish suitability and whether it is included in the proposal.
Cleaning scope
Identify the roof sections, intended result and how the covering will be protected.
Associated work
Gutter clearance, waste collection, repairs and any treatment or coating should be stated individually.
A common comparison mistake
A quote for moss removal and a quote for roof repair are not alternatives for the same outcome. Ask the provider to explain the problem addressed by each item before selecting work.
Your quote and booking payment
The cleaner submits their price. We add a percentage booking fee on top and show you the full customer total before you choose. Your booking payment goes through a Stripe link shared in WhatsApp. Pay the cleaner’s agreed amount to them after the job. If the job is cancelled, the booking payment is refunded in full.
