The short answer
Find the installer or product information before agreeing a method for a resin-bound drive. Ask the cleaner to follow guidance for that system and to assess stains, drainage and existing damage separately.
Confirm what the surface is
Resin-bound and other aggregate finishes are not interchangeable descriptions. Send close-up and wide photographs together with installation records if you have them. Mention loose aggregate, cracks, repairs and any coating already applied. If the system cannot be identified, ask how the provider will establish a suitable approach before giving a firm specification.
Use product guidance for the actual installation
SureSet’s aftercare guidance describes maintenance for its resin-bound products. That is useful manufacturer guidance, not a universal pressure setting for every resin surface. Ask the provider which instructions apply to your drive, how they will protect the surface and how they will handle the edges and drainage. A generic jet-washing label is not enough detail to judge compatibility.
Discuss stains without assuming a guaranteed cure
Explain what caused a mark if known, how long it has been present and anything already applied. Oil, tyre marks and ordinary surface dirt may call for different assessment. Ask whether a trial is appropriate and what result is realistic. Existing damage and repairs should be identified separately from cleaning so the expected finish is clear.
Agree access and aftercare
Specify the cleaning area, vehicle-moving arrangements and where equipment can be positioned. Ask when the surface can be used again and whether any further visit is included. Keep the chosen method, scope, cleaner’s amount and additional booking payment together in WhatsApp. If the provider discovers a different condition on arrival, confirm the revised proposal before work changes.
