The short answer
A render-cleaning quote needs the finish, affected area, height and condition of each wall. The chosen treatment, protection and access arrangements also affect the scope.
Why two similar homes can get different prices
Cleaning one stained ground-floor section is different from treating several elevations around the house. A white finish does not identify the render system, and staining may have several causes. Send wide views, close-ups and any installer information before asking providers to fix a price.
Assessment and trial
Ask how the render is identified and whether a trial area forms part of the quote.
Treatment area
Name the elevations and clarify whether the work covers marks only or the whole wall.
Protection and access
Include windows, vents, plants and boundaries in the plan and ask about return visits.
A common comparison mistake
Cleaning, crack repair and repainting are different scopes. A higher figure may include optional work that another provider has not priced. Ask for the items to be separated.
Your quote and booking payment
The cleaner submits their price. We add a percentage booking fee on top and show you the full customer total before you choose. Your booking payment goes through a Stripe link shared in WhatsApp. Pay the cleaner’s agreed amount to them after the job. If the job is cancelled, the booking payment is refunded in full.
Prices are provided for the actual job. This guide does not claim a local average or a fixed market rate without a dated set of comparable quotes.
