Compare the actual cleaning area, material, access and finishing work. A machine-hour or square-metre rate cannot tell you whether the proposed method suits your surface or what the completed job includes.
Why two similar homes can get different prices
An open concrete area and a small rear patio with delicate joints can present very different jobs. The total reflects more than area: preparation, access, treatment and clearing up all need to be specified. Ask the cleaner to assess the material and condition before fixing a method and price.
Measured scope
Name each area, including paths, edges and steps. Confirm whether measurements need checking before the quote is final.
Method and preparation
Ask what treatment and equipment are proposed, what existing defects affect suitability and who moves items out of the work area.
The finished result
Include waste, any joint work, drying or use restrictions and return visits. Keep sealing and repairs separately described.
A common comparison mistake
Jet washing and pressure washing can describe similar service requests, but neither label defines the full job. Bring the surface, area and expected finish into line before comparing the three customer totals.
Your quote and booking payment
The cleaner submits their price. We add a percentage booking fee on top and show you the full customer total before you choose. Your booking payment goes through a Stripe link shared in WhatsApp. Pay the cleaner’s agreed amount to them after the job. If the job is cancelled, the booking payment is refunded in full.
