The short answer
Patio-cleaning prices reflect the actual paving area, material, condition and route to the job. Include paths and steps if you want them cleaned, and ask about joints and furniture moving.
Why two similar homes can get different prices
A rear patio reached through a narrow passage is a different working arrangement from an open front path. A patio with steps and several small sections also takes more description than one rectangular area. Split the measurements into named areas so every provider prices the same space.
Area
List patio, paths, steps and any borders or walls as distinct items.
Material and condition
Share product details and existing joint defects before a treatment is chosen.
Preparation and aftercare
Agree furniture moving, drainage, drying time and any finishing or return visit.
A common comparison mistake
A quote based on the main patio may exclude the side path and steps you had in mind. A labelled photograph or simple area list avoids that mismatch before booking.
Your quote and booking payment
The cleaner submits their price. We add a percentage booking fee on top and show you the full customer total before you choose. Your booking payment goes through a Stripe link shared in WhatsApp. Pay the cleaner’s agreed amount to them after the job. If the job is cancelled, the booking payment is refunded in full.
Prices are provided for the actual job. This guide does not claim a local average or a fixed market rate without a dated set of comparable quotes.
