A whole-exterior cleaning total is only useful with a surface-by-surface scope. Ask for windows, walls, gutters, roof and paving to be identified, with optional work and return visits clearly priced.
Why two similar homes can get different prices
A 'full exterior clean' can mean different things to different providers. One proposal might cover windows and visible trim; another might include gutter clearance and a patio. Use an itemised brief to make the quotes answer the same request before comparing the totals.
Essential work
Identify the surfaces and outcomes that matter most to you.
Optional work
Keep treatments, sealing, repairs and additional areas separately described.
Coordination
Ask who performs each task, in which order and across how many visits.
A common comparison mistake
A bundle does not prove a saving. Compare the included work and full customer total, and ask for a phased option if you want to prioritise part of the job.
Your quote and booking payment
The cleaner submits their price. We add a percentage booking fee on top and show you the full customer total before you choose. Your booking payment goes through a Stripe link shared in WhatsApp. Pay the cleaner’s agreed amount to them after the job. If the job is cancelled, the booking payment is refunded in full.
