The short answer
Compare the driveway area, surface, stain treatment and finishing work. Re-sanding, sealing or repairs are not automatically included in a cleaning price.
Why two similar homes can get different prices
Two block-paved drives of the same area may have very different joint condition or staining. One may need an ordinary maintenance clean while the other needs a separate discussion about jointing and oil marks. A price per square metre alone cannot explain those differences.
Preparation and cleaning
Confirm the measured area, edge work and treatment of stains or weeds.
Joints
Ask whether the existing joints need attention and which materials or visits are included.
Finishing options
Keep sealing and repairs optional and separately described so you can choose them deliberately.
A common comparison mistake
A freshly washed surface can look different when dry. Agree the expected finish and limits of stain removal before using appearance alone to judge the value of a quote.
Your quote and booking payment
The cleaner submits their price. We add a percentage booking fee on top and show you the full customer total before you choose. Your booking payment goes through a Stripe link shared in WhatsApp. Pay the cleaner’s agreed amount to them after the job. If the job is cancelled, the booking payment is refunded in full.
Prices are provided for the actual job. This guide does not claim a local average or a fixed market rate without a dated set of comparable quotes.
