The short answer
A conservatory-cleaning price needs to identify the roof, external glass, frames, gutters and any interior work. Size, roof material, access and the agreed finish affect the scope.
Why two similar homes can get different prices
A quote for exterior side glass is a different proposal from a full conservatory clean including the roof and gutters. Roof shape and access can matter as much as floor area. Supply wide views and product information, then ask the provider to confirm how each part will be reached and cleaned.
Included surfaces
List roof panels, side glazing, doors, frames, gutters and any interior work individually.
Material and access
Explain the roof material, known coatings and surrounding obstructions. Ask if an assessment is needed before a firm price.
Preparation and completion
Agree furniture moving, protection, waste, final checks and any follow-up visit.
A common comparison mistake
The phrase “full conservatory clean” can hide different assumptions. Use an itemised list to check the scope before comparing the cleaner’s price plus the added marketplace booking fee.
Your quote and booking payment
The cleaner submits their price. We add a percentage booking fee on top and show you the full customer total before you choose. Your booking payment goes through a Stripe link shared in WhatsApp. Pay the cleaner’s agreed amount to them after the job. If the job is cancelled, the booking payment is refunded in full.
Prices are provided for the actual job. This guide does not claim a local average or a fixed market rate without a dated set of comparable quotes.
